Web 2.0 for Small Businesses: Introduction

With all the hype around Web 2.0 and social networks, small businesses are increasingly asking how can they take advantage of this phenomenon. Is it yet another hyped up technology created by the Silicon Valley propaganda machine or is it for real. The answer is of course more complicated.
